About ODC

The Occupational Development Center (ODC) is a nonprofit social enterprise that specializes in providing employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities. Since its establishment in 1971 in Thief River Falls, MN, ODC has grown to nine locations and serves 800 individuals annually throughout northern Minnesota.

ODC provides individuals with a multitude of services in life skills, vocational & employment training needs.
