Schedule: Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, Day/Early Evening Shift
Responsibilities:
The Employment Support Specialist provides direct supervision and training at community work sites. The goal is to provide a level of productivity that meets the employer’s work standards. This position will be the liaison between community employers and the ODC.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age, or older.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license that is in good standing and insurable under ODC’s vehicle insurance.
- Ability to pass background check.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- One year training/experience in human services preferred.
- Computer skills a plus.
