Schedule: Part-time, 25-29 Hours per week

What You’ll Do
- Coach and support individuals at their community job sites
- Turn everyday work tasks into confidence-building successes
- Partner with local employers to create inclusive workplaces
- Adjust support as skills grow — promoting independence
- Track progress and celebrate milestones
- Ensure safety and provide transportation as needed
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- One year training/experience in human services or job coaching preferred
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Computer skills a plus
- Ability to pass background check
- Must possess a valid driver’s license that is in good standing and insurable under ODC’s vehicle insurance
