Short Description

Performs powder coating and various other techniques for executing jobs to quality assurance standards, applicable codes and customer requirements while reaching delivery date goals and abiding by all safety requirements. Duties will include, but not limited to; receiving, parts washing, masking, powder application, baking, cleaning, packaging and various testing procedures.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prior finishing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of powder coating equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repairs and maintenance.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must demonstrate proper work ethic including being at work when scheduled, arriving to work on time, being ready to work at the start of the shift, dependability and teamwork.
  • Ability to work closely with a diverse group of people.
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
