We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Employment Services Consultant to support individuals in achieving competitive, community-based employment while building strong partnerships with local employers.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Regional Employment Services Advisor who is passionate about helping others succeed, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a dynamic, community-based role. This position will commute throughout the communities in Pennington, Polk and Marshall counties of Northern MN.

In this role, you’ll do more than just manage programs—you’ll change lives. You’ll help individuals build confidence, gain independence, and succeed in the workplace, while also supporting businesses in creating more inclusive environments. Location is in Crookston, with travel throughout Polk, Pennington and Marshall counties of Northern MN.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a multi-site caseload using person-centered practices
- Develop employment plans and provide job coaching and supportAssist individuals with job search, placement, and retention
- Build relationships with local employers and community partners
- Recruit, train, and support Employment Support Specialists
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with program standards
Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in human services, vocational rehabilitation, or related field
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or employment barriers
- Knowledge of job development or competitive employment environments
- Successful completion of MN DHS Background Study
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
- Comfort with technology and documentation systems
