Having spent 20 years in education prior to his current role, Shane believes his combined experience in education and business can be a valuable contribution as ODC looks to continue driving partnerships in industry. Edward was drawn to a board position with ODC because of past involvement with DAC boards and many years of working with group homes. He very much looks forward to contributing his expertise and meeting and working with people through this new capacity.

June Schelde has spent her career pursuing the financial and compliance success of organizations while supporting those who focus on the needs of the underserved. Prior to accepting her position with the ODC, June served as a board member where she discovered 'the best-kept secret in northern Minnesota.' June then became fully invested in ODC’s success as an organization.
Bradley Fitzgerald - CFO

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Winona State University
Brad Fitzgerald has 10+ years of experience in Accounting & CFO roles in the International Secure Documents/Manufacturing industry. He joined ODC with the target of making a difference both within the organization and in the greater community. Brad’s driven to support the Mission of ODC through constant and continuous improvements; the 50 year history of the organization provides inspiration to build-off.

Nancy Cota - VP of Human Resources

- Human Resources Development from University of Minnesota
- Accounting Certificate from Moorhead Vocational & Technical College
Nancy Cota joined the Occupational Development Center in 1989 as a temporary employee in the finance department. Due to the growth of ODC at the time, a permanent position was available in the human resources department and Nancy has held her role ever since. Nancy enjoys the joy each client brings to the lives of everyone at ODC and hopes ODC can mitigate all the legislative changes by securing diversified employment opportunities that will continue to provide structure and training to enhance ODC clients knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Lane Young - VP of Business Development & Operations
Serving ODC since 2004
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Management from Bemidji State University
- Associates Degree in Marketing & Management from Dakota College at Bottineau
Lane Young was drawn in by the Occupational Development Center’s mission and it has been his driving force ever since. Lane enjoys watching individuals with disabilities perform meaningful work and be active in their communities. Lane would like to see ODC focus on niche products and services that will enhance ODC’s marketability and allow for further investment in employees and the communities ODC serves.
